 What Does Delayed Period Along With Spotting And Back Pain Indicate? 

Hi.I m married since 4yrs.ttying to conceive.now this month I missed my periods 6days.till yesterday I experienced white discharge with ocassionally cramps and lower back pain.today morning I got home pregnancy test negative. Right now I saw minor spotting.pls guide me

A negative pregnancy test especially just a few days after delayed periods does not rule out pregnancy. Repeat pregnancy test after 7 days.
There can be slight spotting and low back pain in case of early pregnancy.
Alternatively you can get an ultrasound done to get a confirmation.
